ART Group of companies is a conglomerate of finance related institutions. ART Leasing Ltd. falls under the category of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. It was founded in 1990 by its Chairman Mr. V.S. Raveendran Pillai. By 1993, the management team was expanded to 10 directors to manage the growing business activities. Our core business is to provide personal and business loans secured by gold jewellery, and Chit Fund Management. We also provide consultancy service for buying and selling of prime properties anywhere in India, especially Kerala. Our ancillary services include Fund Transfer through Western Union. The promoters of the group are a team of highly experienced industry experts with a vision to establish customer-friendly branches in the emerging markets of Kerala.
By 1997, the management decided to expand its wings in strategically potential locations. The ART Head Office is registered at Chengannur, Kerala. The Head Office premise is a spacious multistoried building wholly owned by the group which controls the complete operations of over 74 branches spread across Central Travancore. Currently, it owns land at prime locations in Tiruvalla and Chengannur. The ART group comprises of four professionally managed finance companies.
ART Leasing Limited(N.B.F.C) is the flagship company of the group which provides a bouquet of comprehensive financial services that is rendered with minimal formalities and maximum flexibility. Chengannur Chits Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2012-13 and is conducting chits as per Kerala Licence chit. ART Developers and Infrastructures (P) Limited is a consultancy firm providing real estate services for purchase and sale of prime properties.
